It has greatly influenced a number of influential files in direct contact with the interests of the citizen, in many governmental and civil statistics, comparing, albeit indirectly, between the two stages before and after the terrorist events that affected the country with vast areas, we see that they have caused the obstruction of the natural files, as well as the subsequent international and Arab siege, we will find that the results indicate that the general situation has worsened and messed up under the slogan ( all for him) .. The chaos also entrenches the concept of nepotism and exploitation by the weak souls infected with many diseases of the new reality, which must seek salvation from its negatives and consequences that have harmed the people, especially the poor ones . 

On the other hand, the ongoing looting of public interests and an attempt to weaken the role of the state and its authorities in some joints, through which greed exploited the general conditions and circumstances to work for its own benefit and interests at the expense of people . In any case, those pirates who take advantage of circumstances to pounce on a citizen cannot be kept silent .. At a time when heroes from the Armed Forces, security forces and volunteers are fighting to protect the lives of people and the country .. Thousands of heroes were martyred for the sake of Syria and its pride .. 

And far from any shuffling of papers and falsification of false slogans, in which follies are committed and rights are taken away, behind a rejected legitimacy, no matter how large its slogans are and cover up with its costume and letters .. For example, hospitals, clinics, health centers and pharmacies are only one part of what is being done in our besieged and abused country under slogans that have been exposed and corruption has to be cleaned up ... Everything related to sanatoriums and the medical and health reality is still suffering a lot due to the sagging control and distribution mechanisms during the unjust siege .. We also find today that government clinics are fading, fading and ending , with only the form left of them, after the reduction of specialties, at a time when hospitals and community clinics are swelling, sagging and recovering .. 

We hope that the decision-makers who are loyal to this resistant, steadfast, patient and dear people will be as responsible and have justice and integrity in following up the work of hospitals and pharmacies more accurately to ensure fair distribution and sale commensurate with the scale of international pressure on the citizen and his stressed condition .. We also call on international, Arab and Islamic organizations to take all means in order to lift the siege on Syria, the Arab world, history and civilization, as the days are a wheel and what has passed us will pass to the rest of the Arab countries, whose shameful position on our issue we are surprised at what is not right among Arabs and others .. !
