Those who amend laws that keep them in power for the longest possible period without taking into account the demands of these peoples as a result of corruption, lack of transparency, and the failure of social justice and social protection networks to play their role. That is why the Arab world is classified as backward and follows the third world countries. If there was a lower classification than this, we would have obtained it with merit. Indeed, we are in front of it that needs hundreds of years to get out of its repression and find the Arab citizen what achieves a decent life for him under regimes that believe in democracy, freedom and living in peace.
