In a previous study in 2005, we set a theoretical framework on a new theory of anxiety and built a measure to determine the level of objective and motivated and neurotic anxiety to know at what level anxiety is natural and is a necessity of life and when this anxiety is a motivation for achievement, creativity and innovation and at what level it is neurotic that distracts thought and is Obstructing the continuation of life in a proper way. Anxiety was defined as a state of painful emotional tension resulting from painful experiences, internal or external, expressed in an abnormal emotional behavior in order to control the situation and reduce tension. Accordingly, the results resulted in the fact that the natural anxiety of a situation disappears with the disappearance of the situation, such as anxiety over health or academic success or on any matter of ordinary life matters and anxiety in this case does not exceed the minimum limits as degrees on the scale, but if it exceeds these limits for some and has not reached To the limits of neurotic anxiety based on field experiences, we interpreted this as a motivating anxiety that pays her owner for more achievement, creativity and innovation, and is considered a catalyst for success and overcoming difficulties. This type of anxiety is personal and cannot be considered a general concern because it does not exceed a specific person or group of people within the limits of space and time The result is trotting Painful pain. As for the feeling of anxiety as a result of panic and excessive discomfort with regard to public affairs, the country’s exposure to wars, terrorism, economic and political crises, natural disasters and poverty, anxiety is general and common among the people of that country that was exposed to the aforementioned disasters. In view of the crises that our Arab world is going through in Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Lebanon, Yemen and other regions and countries in the Arab world, this has reflected on the mental health of all Arab citizens in those countries and the feeling of anxiety for the future and fear of losing life has become inevitable and therefore must Whoever has the right to take the decision to take this into account and know that this anxiety hinders the development process, and he must put in place several measures to alleviate this feeling of anxiety among all members of the Arab peoples so that we do not return to the eras of decline and backwardness because we did not rely on the results of scientific research to take any A side decision For myself and the Arab citizen, which is the cornerstone of any development and stability we plan to reach him.
