 (5) He gave the Muslim Brotherhood a refuge in Istanbul as a force delegitimating El-Sisi ;

 (6) He defines " Al-Shariyah " as represented by Al-Ikhwan Al-Muslimoon , and by no other ;

 (7) Consequently , he raises 4 fingers as a salute for Rabaa El-Adawiyah ;

 (8) Rabaa was a mystic Sofi in Basra whose poems in praise of God are Arabic gems ;

 (9) The support by Egypt of General Haftar of Libya blocked outside interference in Libya ;

 (10) Ordogan's strategy is anchored in distracting Egypt on the west , and fragmenting Libya into 3 states : Barqa , Tripoli , and Fazzan ;
