"Learn the art of letting go"
Written by Dr. Emy Hussein
Have you ever thought about learning the art of letting go of others and training yourself to be independent in word and deed?
Certainly, this will not be easy because we are human beings, and we are made to coexist, integrate, joint life, and integrate in life matters, and this is a natural issue,
but talking here is about “conditional life” with the presence of these others, with the different degree of our relationship with them, relatives, friends, colleagues, or those who usually
We do not put them on the waiting list in the event of a need from them,
whether they are officials, merchants, influential people, and others whom we suffocate in their circle,
not for their sake, but for the interests behind them, and the matter also reaches acquaintances from the general public.
All those whom I refer to you must aim at dispensation
if you want to live as your own, and not as a captive to others.
“And ask God of His bounty,” this is the roadmap, to complete the journey of life, relying on God first, then relying on yourself and your abilities, without asking people or needing them in any of the worldly matters.
Except for necessity and chastity and in the narrowest of limits, whether that is money, intercession, help, affection, or seeking truth and the like.
Do not tie yourself to a person, do not captivate your life with a group, and do not submit to a favored owner whom you would prefer one day,
Be the one in charge, and don't wait for anyone, no matter what it costs you.
If you have mastered the art of dispensing with others, you will not have to shed your face to anyone, nor waste a long time of your life in fawning and making compliment, and giving appreciation and attention to those who do not deserve,
You will not have to become a "politician" for people's affairs in order to win their love and satisfaction, then you will discover the starting point, and you will live another meaning of life, making you feel the details of existence.
Similar .. the beginning of dispensation
But how is this dispensation achieved?
Let us give an illustrative example, if we say that the body has a heart and a mind, can it dispense with either?
Answer: Of course not. Why? Because each of them has a different, basic, and vital function of the body.
Another question: Can the body dispense with one of the kidneys?
Answer: Yes. Why? Because the kidneys do the same task, and therefore the body can dispense with one of them.
If we drop this example on the man and the woman, as long as each of them plays a different, distinct and vital role, neither of them can be dispensed with.
But if the roles are equal, united, and the woman does the same as the man, and the man does the same as the woman does, then only one of them can be dispensed with.
The art of dispensation makes it easier for me to put his dignity in the foreground.
